A Bad Penny Review invites submissions of Fiction, Poetry, and Creative Nonfiction broadly defined:

Works classified: poem, story, essay, etc.
Works unclassified: those that resist and challenge genre
Works long: short-books/chapbooks of any form <45 pages
Works deviant: work that one wouldn’t/couldn’t/shouldn’t call “work”

 

BPR accepts work for the magazine during two four-month reading periods:

 

        February – May
        August – November

Short-book/ chapbook submissions welcome all year long.
